Deep, even, ruby red, lighter purple rim. The nose is soft and lifted, aromas of boysenberries, red cherries melded with red florals, subtle spice, a hint of liqorice and a plummy underlay. Medium-bodied, nuances of boysenberries, dried red plums, red cherries interweave red florals, black pepper and meaty note. The palate is bright with lively acidity and vibrancy, reflecting the red fruit characters. Silky palate with supple tannin, enriched by a savoury, meaty element, lingers on the finish. This is a vibrant, red-fruited Syrah with lifted florals and a silky palate.
